#1 First-Ever Festival of the Sea
Location: Maritime Museum of San Diego
The Port of San Diego and The Maritime Museum are throwing their first-ever Festival of the Sea. There will be live music, entertainment, and, most definitely, tall ships. They are going to be taking over the entire waterfront venue starting Saturday, May 25 and goes through Memorial Day. Make sure to bring out the entire family to have some fun on the waterfront!
#2 Gaslamp Artisan Market
Location: Gaslamp Quarter (5th Avenue)
This Sunday, there is an artisan market being held along 5th Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter. There will be more than 30 local vendors selling handcrafted products. Come visit and see San Diego’s local artists’ finest work.
#3 Sunday Spreckels Organ Concert
Location: Spreckels Organ Pavilion at Balboa Park
This Sunday there will be an absolutely free, hour-long organ concent at the famous Spreckels Organ Pavilion at Balboa Park. Raul Prieto Ramirez, the city’s San Diego Civic Organist of Spreckels Organ Society. Pack a picnic, bring a friend or a loved one, and enjoy some live music in one of San Diego’s most famous landmarks.
