1. Ocean Beach Farmers Market: Head over to the hippiest town of them all for their weekly farmers market every Wednesday night! Newport Ave shuts down traffic in between Cable and Bacon St. for the market from 4pm-8pm. Enjoy fresh produce, meals from around the world and some funky fresh live performances! 
  2. Free Outdoor Movie Screening: Starting May 13th Liberty Station will be putting on a free movie in the park once a month (second Saturday of each month to be exact). Pack a picnic, bring a blanket and grab your friends because you do not want to miss out on these nights! 
  3. Padres Game: Go to a Padres game on a beautiful sunny day! Tickets start for as low as $15! The park has many of San Diego’s best restaurants located in the stadium so make sure to bring a little extra cash for snacks!
  4. Ballast Point Tour: A trip to San Diego is not complete without visiting a brewery of some sort! Go to Ballast Point Brewery for an awesome behind the scene 45- minute tour! They offer tours everyday  at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. Check out their website to sign up!
  5. Hockey: When it is no longer Baseball season its time to head over to the Hockey Stadium! The Gulls are San Diego’s home team and tickets start at $19! 
  6. Liberty Public Market: Take a stroll through San Diego’s public market located in Liberty Station! enjoy up to 25 different vendors, wine bars and dog friendly patios. Grab the family and spend the evening enjoying each others company in the mess hall enjoying all different kinds of foods!
  7. Salsa Under The Stars:   Once a month in Seaport Village Salsa Dancing Under The Stars takes place in the courtyard. Bring your dancing shoes and get ready for some great live music! No need to bring a partner as you can boogie on your own or find a partner there!
  8. Free Sunday Concerts: Head on over to Seaport Village every Sunday for free concerts! Spend the day strolling around the village looking at shops and eating delicious food. The music will last all day long so relax and enjoy all the time you have! 
  9. Old Town Historic Park: Spend a Saturday strolling through this old historic park. learn about the history of San Diego right where is began! There are farmers markets from 10am to 4pm every Saturday so make sure to bring some extra cash! 
  10. Rent Bikes: Discover everything San Diego has to offer by bike! Rentals can range as low at $10 for an hour! Ride through La Jolla, Mission Bay and Del Mar. All are bike friendly places!
