In San Diego and looking for a good time this weekend? We have you covered. While we’ll take you sailing any time you like, some events you just can’t miss. Check out these events for friends and family!

 

  1. Oceanfront Yoga at Sunset Cliffs

Anyone and everyone is invited to this yogi event at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park to Unwind and relax after the long work week. On Saturday morning, April 20th, Jessica Waala will lead a yoga flow through Hatha and Vinyasa practice and meditation.  In order to fully enjoy this class you will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel, water, sunscreen, some extra layers (in case it gets chilly by the oceanfront) and all of your family and friends. This yoga class is completely donation based so give as much as you get out of it. The suggested donation amount is $10 if you need a starting point and both cash and venmo are the accepted forms of payments.

 

 

2. Easter Bash

The 7th annual Easter Bash at Belmont Park is on this Sunday, April 21st, and what better way to spend your Easter than at an amusement park with fun rides and awesome vendors at Mission Beach. This all-day event runs on Easter Sunday from 8AM- 5PM and is packed with tons of fun for both the kids and the entire family. There is a free egg-hunt in the park at 3pm for all children 12 years old and under to participate in. Egg prizes include candy, free rides and food. If you find a Golden Egg you may win big prize packs for dining, ride passes and more. There is a free Easter bunny photo op, as well as live music and entertainment. Don’t worry about parking, its free! Brunch can be purchased at a restaurant on the boardwalk, so come early for the whole family to enjoy a delicious breakfast with an unbeatable view to celebrate Easter.

 

3. Bayked Music Festival

This daytime festival is for music, food, and good vibes. All day Saturday, April 20th, from 2PM-9PM Bayked Music Festival at the Embarcadero Marina Park is where you want to be. Including incredible views, there will be live music featuring Rick Ross and Gramatik. Don’t miss out on Yoga, live art demonstrations, photo ops and all your favorite local retailers. This event is in benefit of the Pioneer Foundation of San Diego. Leave the kids at home and get a sitter because this is a 21+ ONLY event. Snag a ticket at www.baykedsd.com before they sell out!
