Santigo Quesnel
You can find the visiting artwork of Santiago at the Lux Art Institute in Encinitas until Feb 17th. This traveling display is based on the artist hometown, Buenos Aires. Admission is $5 for adults, free for children, and for bike riders of any age.
Friday Night Liberty
Once a month Liberty Station host an art walk with artists, dance, live music and theater. Join a free event and enjoy the local art scene of San Diego from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Chinese New Years
From 11 am to 5 pm, both Saturday and Sunday you can experience live entertainment, fashions shows, and food. Celebrate the Chinese New Years with the lion and the dragon dance at the International Cottages in Balboa Park.
Bonobos
From 2-4 pm learn about the Bonobos at the San Diego Musem of Man. These fascinating creatures are endangered and share 98.7% of their genetic code with humans. This is one of many things you can enjoy inside the museum.

Guided Nature Walks
Each Sunday at Mission Trails Park you can enjoy a 1.5 hr free guided nature walk that goes along the valley loop trails. These trails are relatively easy and fun for all families. Learn about the plants, animals, geology, and localKumeyaay history.
Live Music
You can enjoy live music from 12 -3 pm at Liberty Public Market from a local group called the Counterfeits along the shopping and eating areas. Or you can enjoy the hour-long organ performance at the Organ Pavillion in Balboa Park at 2 pm.
Sailing Every Day
And of course, the best way to spend your weekend is to go sailing! Experience San Diego right in her Bay on a classic sailing vessel. This weekend is expected to see beautiful and mild sunny temperatures with just enough wind to cruise you along the water.
