If you’re looking for something to do this weekend after an afternoon sail, our San Diego Padres will take on the Pittsburgh Pirates in a three game series at home Friday-Sunday. To celebrate the weekend, the Padres are throwing a pregame party and offering some awesome promotions.
Friday, July 28th: Party in the Park
The party kicks off with games, drink specials and live music at 4:30, and features country singer Jessie James Decker live in concert at 5:30. The pregame festivities promise to be spectacular, and the first pitch will be thrown out at 7:10.
Saturday, July 29th:
Saturday the game starts at 5:40, and every spectator will receive a free Padres baseball cap. Following their face off with the Pirates, the Padres will treat fans to a post game fireworks display.
Sunday, July 30
Today is all about the kids in Petco Park with Kidsfest. Among other kid-centric activities, the Padres will be doing Sunday Signings, and kids will be allowed on the field after the game and given an opportunity to run the bases.
The Padres always look after their youngest fans, who can join the Compadres Kids club for free, and receive extra rewards at every home game by scanning their membership card throughout the park.
