San Diego Earth Fair

Earth Day was this past Monday, but the fun isn’t over! Celebrate our beautiful earth and all it has to offer at the 30th Annual Earth Fair right in San Diego’s own Balboa Park. This is the largest environmental fair in the world with each year attracting around 60,000 visitors. This family-friendly event runs all day on Sunday, April 28th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and there is no shortage of activities for the whole family. Attractions include exhibitors from all types of environmental programs, a children’s activity area, magic shows, music, food pavilion, and cleaner car concourse show. Don’t miss the children’s Earth Parade at 10:30 AM with an emphasis on awareness of all different kinds of endangered species! This event aims to be a zero- waste event – meaning that everything that is discarded will be either recycled, reused, or composted. How cool is that? This is a perfect all-day outing for the whole family that is educational, free, and environmentally friendly!
