San Diego is full of fun activities, beautiful views and live festivities all the time or at least every weekend. Here is our breakdown of this weekend’s top 3 activities to go out and do!

#3 Extreme Sailing Series

Location: San Diego Bay

Time: October 18-21, 2018

The Extreme Sailing Series is back in town and they’re making a splash! Only about 20 yards from the shore of Harbor Island. Come out and enjoy the fun and in excitement in the Bay of San Diego. There will be races going on until Sunday, October 21. In addition to the races, there will also be a lot of side events going on including kite surfing and many more festivities. Come book a sail with us and get front row seats to the races!

 

#2 SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular

Location: SeaWorld San Diego

Time: October 20-28, 2018

In San Diego, you don’t need to wait until October 31 to go out and trick or treat because starting on October 20. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to come out and spend some quality time together. There will be booths set up all throughout SeaWorld San Diego for their annual Halloween Spooktacular.  The general admission ticket starts at $55 which gives guests full access to all of SeaWorld’s offerings.

 

 

#1 Dia de los Muertos

Location: La Vista Memorial Park and Mortuary (National City)

Time: Saturday October 20, 2018. 2 to 10 p.m.

The Mexican tradition is making its way to National City to honor the spirits of loved ones who have passed. The La Vista Memorial Park and Mortuary (3191 Orange Street) is hosting the 10th annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration. Guests will be able to see altars that have been traditionally decorated as they have been for centuries. There will be food trucks, music, art, and live entertainment which will all be in honor of the dead.
